NRGfarm is an Independent Power Producer (IPP) that holds shares in and controls companies active in the renewable energy sector and is dedicated to the management and development of systems powered by renewable sources, in particular photovoltaic, wind and bess.

STRATEGY
NRGfarm key to success is based on the combination of four main pillars:
- Management of the Portfolio with an autonomous, unique and centralized structure capable to provide comprehensive asset management services
- Asset management structure, leveraging on a considerable track record, capable to deploy the revamping/repowering plan and to efficiently manage the authorization path of the development assets
- Leverage on scale economies managing efficiently administrative and O&M service of the Operating Asset
- The combination of operating PV assets and renewable development projects, reaching a considerable size capable to support the growth in terms of technical optimization and greenfield expansion
- The ceaseless support to the growth will ensure the Portfolio to become even more sizable and capable to became a leading IPP in the Italian market
- Teaming up with L&B Group will grant the possibility to enrol an experienced and reliable player active in the renewable energy with more than 16 years of experience and strongly referenced, granting a comprehensive visibility on the reference sector, evolving trends and regulatory framework
- NRGfarm orbit could grant a smooth access to dedicated and specialized financial and legal services
- NRGfarm integrated platform will give the possibility to increase the size and the value of the Portfolio
- The Portfolio is structured to be leant and efficiently managed, attracting the appetite of further potential investors to support the growth

Aiming to create a leading independent power producer in the Italian renewable energy market the NRGfarm Management Team is composed by professionals bundling together competencies ranging from engineering, finance and advisory with an extended eperience acquired during long-standing activity in the energy transition sector.

NRGfarm Portfolio is currently composed by 17 operating pv plants totalling an installed capacity of approx. 15MW and a relevant pipeline of early stage green field projects totalling approx. 1,1GW distributed through 11 Italian regions.
Developement activities are carried out both independently and through partnerships with local developers.
